1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service offered by mindofSuhail ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
mindofSuhail provides the following digital services:
- Custom website development
- Mobile app development
- Browser game development
- Digital poster design
- Logo & brand identity design
- Wedding invitation websites
- Birthday invitation websites
- Background music & jingles
- School & business management systems
3. Ordering & Payment
- All orders must be confirmed with full payment before work begins.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is accepted via UPI only.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after payment verification.
- Promo codes, if applicable, must be applied before payment.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Posters & Logo: 1–4 days
- Wedding / Birthday Web: 1–5 days
- Websites: 3–7 days
- Apps & Games: 5–15 days
- Management Systems: 7–20 days
Timelines are estimates. Complex requirements or revisions may extend delivery. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Revisions
- Each project includes up to 2 free revision rounds.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to the delivered work.
- mindofSuhail retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio.
- You may not resell or redistribute the work without written permission.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use our services for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any content that violates applicable Indian laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
mindofSuhail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Information We Collect
When you use our services or contact us, we may collect:
- Name and phone number (provided voluntarily for orders)
- Wedding / birthday details entered in our generators
- UPI transaction reference (UTR) for payment verification
- Messages sent through our contact form
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your order
- To communicate order updates and delivery
- To verify payments
- To improve our services
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
- Order and contact data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore).
- Wedding and birthday invitation data is encoded in the shareable link — we do not store it on our servers.
- We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the service.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) only for admin session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase — for database and storage
- Google Fonts — for typography
- Groq AI — for the AI assistant (messages are not stored permanently)
6. Your Rights
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
- You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

1. General Refund Eligibility
All sales are generally final once work has begun. Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances listed below.
- Work has not yet started — full refund eligible.
- We fail to deliver within double the estimated timeline without communication — full refund eligible.
- The delivered work is fundamentally different from what was agreed — partial or full refund at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Work has been partially or fully delivered.
- You changed your mind after payment.
- You provided incorrect information and the work was completed based on that.
- Minor dissatisfaction covered by the revision policy.
- Delays caused by you (e.g., not responding to queries).
- Wedding / Birthday websites — once the invitation link has been generated and shared.
3. Refund for Wedding & Birthday Web
- If the link has not yet been activated — full refund.
- If the link has been activated and shared — no refund.
- Custom design orders: refundable only before design work starts.
4. Refund Process
- Raise a refund request within 48 hours of the issue via Instagram @mindofsuhail.
- Include your name, phone number, and UTR transaction ID.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original UPI account.

1. Cancellation by Customer
- Before work begins: Full cancellation allowed. Full refund issued.
- After work begins (within 24 hours): Cancellation allowed. 50% refund issued.
- After work is 50% or more complete: No refund. Partial delivery will be provided.
- After delivery: No cancellation accepted. Use the revision policy instead.
2. Cancellation by mindofSuhail
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The project requirements violate our terms or Indian law.
- The customer is unresponsive for more than 7 days after payment.
- Payment could not be verified.
In case we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3. Wedding & Birthday Web Cancellation
- Before link generation: Full refund on cancellation.
- After link generation: No cancellation or refund — the digital product has been delivered.
- Admin can delete any active invitation link at any time if misuse is detected.
4. How to Cancel
- Send a cancellation request via Instagram DM: @mindofsuhail
- Include your name, order details, and UTR/transaction ID.
- Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
Note: Repeated cancellations may result in being blocked from future orders.
